About
I am an experienced attorney-at-law with over 20 years of practice, specializing in private equity transactions, intellectual property & IT law, corporate governance, and commercial contract negotiations.
Building on my foundation at leading international law firms in Prague, Czech Republic, I later served as Legal Manager at PPF Group, one of the largest investment groups in Central and Eastern Europe. In this role, I led cross-border M&A, joint ventures, investment transactions, and regulatory compliance across Europe, the USA, and Asia. I also managed the IT/IP legal agenda and negotiated high-value technology contracts.
Currently, I serve as an independent legal counsel to private equity firms and fintech companies. I advise on investment structuring, support equity and financing deals and exits, and handle commercial contract negotiations.
